These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Biddaloy ERP (the "Platform"), a management platform provided for schools, madrasas, colleges and universities ("Institution", "you"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Biddaloy ERP provides a web-based dashboard for managing campuses, classes, attendance, fees, staff, students and related institutional records. Access to specific features may depend on your subscription plan.

2. Registration and Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current information when registering your Institution.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Only authorized staff of your Institution should be given access to the dashboard, and access should be granted according to their role.

3. Installation Fee and Subscription

• Self-registered Institutions pay a one-time installation fee to activate their account, as shown on the registration page at the time of signup.
• After any free trial period ends, continued use of the Platform requires an active paid subscription plan.
• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan limits (campuses, students, teachers) are as shown on the Pricing section of our website or as agreed with our team, and may change with reasonable notice.
• Payments made via cash are confirmed manually by our team; payments made online are processed through our payment gateway partner (SSLCommerz) and confirmed automatically.

4. Your Data

• All student, staff, and institutional data you enter into the Platform remains the property of your Institution.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for obtaining any necessary consents (e.g. from guardians) before entering student information.
• We do not sell or share your Institution's data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Institution's data or accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Platform without our written permission.

6. Referral Program

Where offered, referral credits are granted only after the referred Institution's installation fee has been confirmed as paid, are non-cash, may only be applied toward the referring Institution's own subscription renewal, and expire after the period stated at the time the credit was earned.

7. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or deactivate an Institution's account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• You may stop using the Platform at any time; outstanding fees for the period of use remain payable.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biddaloy ERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including data loss, except where caused by our gross negligence.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where practical.
